Sure there is. They can do a buyback and/or a R/S. Currently, $10M can buyback all of the shares. I doubt that they will put even half that into a buyback so I'm expecting a R/S sometime in the future. Most of the time that hurts a company and it will hurt Q initially. However, I don't see any other options.
We can have all the PR's in the world, the best news, a billion dollar company and a great CEO. All that would mean SQUAT with the current amt of shares in the float.
If I had any idea Frank would issue all of those shares, I would have at least waited until now to start buying. But he was very misleading in his PR's and I was prompted to buy. Luckily I'm averaged at .0007, but even that seems a long way from where we are now.
