"recycled plastic rebar? hmmm..that's a novilty if I ever saw one... haven't seen one yet" Hey Gateway, just because you haven't seen yet does not mean it does not exist. I guess U.S. DOT is using non existing plastic rebar. Don't lose your breath by saying rebar is non existing rebar...because you are wasting oxygen you can't see.
