Let's look at the LOCH/CDEx facts...
Insiders to LOCH (including RB, MB, MP, TS, WP, etc) get VERY rich by selling MILLIONS of dollars worth of shares of LOCH as the BILLION DOLLAR TECH is being pumped and pumped...
Wade Poteet and Malcolm Phillips call Henry Blair the "INVENTOR" of ELF/VaMMP and then both change their story and now call Wade Poteet the "inventory" of ELF/VaMMP.
The FRAUD investigation begins... Boone and Baker want no part of the BILLION DOLLAR TECH and run as fast as they can... away from the BILLIONS. They cannot go BK (THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN SUICIDE) so they change the name of LOCH to CDEx, hire one of LOCH's SEC expert lawyers to head up CDEx... and BOone and Baker are free... AND they round up all the OLD LOCH investors and only give them shares when they agree not to take legal action against BOONE, BAKER, PHILLIPS, POTEET, etc for their "LOCH Games"...
Insiders still granting themselves free shares and still making free money...
MP gets in the middle of settlements with MANY penny stocks...
MP get's asked to leave W&S...
MP runs the show for a while, brings on a brand new tech that scams pills... and hands the keys over the the next in line...
Insiders still making salaries... still selling free shares
MP now wants no part of the BILLIONS to be made by hte BILLION DOLLAR TECH... sitting on the back shelf... behind some moving boxes and cleaning supplies...
The PILL SCAMMER (some one elses baby... guess who...) now becomes the next hope for LOCH/CDEx shareholders...
Only with this little baby (why would it's "inventor" join LOCH/CDEx???) YA GOTTA SELL BILLIONS !!!
