Westfield Group To Buy Remaining 50% Stake In World Trade Center For $800 Mln
Australian mall operator Westfield Group (WFGPY,WDC.AX) has agreed to acquire the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey's 50 percent stake in the World Trade Center retail premises in New York for $800 million, Westfield and the Port Authority said Wednesday. Following the acquisition, Westfield will own 100 percent of the retail project.
