Grifco International goals for the second half of the year are predicated upon achieving significant growth in revenue and shareholder equity. The Company's forecast is based on its ongoing projects and acquisitions, including....."

$0.13 was in the bag for the first six months ... They were just also announcing the merger with the shell,, As you noticed there was no quiet period That stopped them from making promises.. This was the first of many releases that forcast huge earnings by many divisions that never had follow ups as to thier earnings or progress after being part of GFCI... To help some one understand the value of and risk /reward ratio of buying any company that is a pink is further enhanced by the GFCI story.. They may be the greatest thing since sliced bread but must still relay thier results to thier shareholders.. That must be done thru PRINTED and FULLY disclosed finanicals and shares outstanding.. To single out the CPA and his standing or lack of it in GFCI does not change the Risk/reward ratio,, It only alters ones perception of Managements regards for it's shareholders...hank

PS.. Just for the record.. I didn't notice in my posting of the first release that I made any mention of the accountant or the problems of Jim Dial not knowing his name.. Thanks for bringing that to our attention...My post was not to you but another that expressed that I was not bringing anything to the discussion but being negative... All I did was to repost an earlier post that he had made in rebuttal...If you have a problem with the post I reposted you have directed it at the wrong person.. If you want to discuss this further feel free...
