What's unfortunate is that this PR feels forced - which is why I don't think anything substantial will come from it. Forward looking statements, so on. I really hope they cover whatever the heck has been happening here, where these shares came from and how many are left, maybe give as a PPS target or some kind of real time line for long term events.
