Tell me about it. Peter called me yesterday, and wanted to "work a deal to pay me what he owes in advance." Yes, you read that right, he wants to pay me in advance if I would just "hear him out." The court order shows 180k in arrears, and it cannot be wiped out through bk or by trying to offset with a judgment- one of Peter's favorite little tricks. How do you offer to pay someone in advance when you are in arrears? It's been such a long time since I had to communicate with Peter that I forgot how insane his reasoning is. IMO! I took the call purely for amusement value, but he was so disturbing in his rant that I actually believe his mental state has deteriorated in the last couple of years. IMO
