I generally agree with your post and it's well thought out.

They are profitable and honest+realistic; that is rare in pinky land. The debt is significant but can be managed. Long-Term there is good promise for bigger revenues.

I do disagree that the audit + up-list won't do anything. As it will allow non-pink investors in. It will help IMO, but maybe not to the SPs some here do get carried away with. I'm thinking somewhat higher than your conservative estimates, but not as much or fast as some others say either.

Short-term .05-.10 is reachable early next year.

But these .50-$1 amounts are several years away, if then IMO.

I think it is a good opportunity at this SP as you seem to also.
