Year after year of not doing what you say will keep a stock low. People can defend Brav till they die but that will not cause the price to go up.

Could it be that DA did not know how expensive it was going to be to air the commercials near Thanksgivings. He has been trying to run everything on cash flow and probably has run low after shooting the commercials. Wait for more cash and for the commercial rates to drop a little and then air them. The problem is compounded by having a lower than expected revunue stream to work with.
