Quick question for long followers of $ONCS (Marked this time)

Could you tell me how you define long? Jbem777 compared it to INO, so after the big rise, would you get out or wait until they finished all their studies and actually make money? Just wondering what would you consider "The Way Out".

If someone has spare time and would like Private Reply me, to challenge me on why I shouldn't buy more... feel free. $ONCS is my first Penny Stock and pretty much everyone around me tells me I shouldn't touch Penny Stocks because it's risky. I just don't see the risk with $ONCS, somehow.
