It was one of those measured statements. Along the lines of "I'm not making any predictions, but you may be seeing an increase in enrollees in the near future." He volunteered the statement. It was not in response to any pressing question by me.

I was surprised that he called me (in Taiwan). I had left two messages. He called me about 7 in the morning and I answered the phone still groggy. He introduced himself and in my semi-retarded state I didn't know who he was. He was very polite and said who he was exactly. I woke up fast.
