The Kiley Group, Inc. (KGRI) would like to inform its shareholders that the 2nd quarter financials along with the details of the Buff Water acquisition will soon be made available on OTCMARKETS.COM. The purchase of Buff Water was done strictly with a Board of Director’s restricted shares and no additional shares have been added to the issued and outstanding shares of 3,180,000,000. The Company felt it necessary not to dilute the shareholders current positions.

CFO Patrick Thomas has resigned his position effective September 15, 2011. The Company will be naming his replacement and electing New Board Members in the near future.

“We feel strongly about not diluting our current shareholders and being as transparent as possible” states President William Smart.
