I am guessing but Aspire agreed to a $20m financing when the share price was $1.87. So if they get stock down here it would probably be no different than if they had done a pipe. The difference being they only get small amounts of stock each time the company requires money. This avoids immediate heavy dilution which is good for Aspire as a shareholder and good for the company.

Of course, how to prearrange stuff like this I really don't know but maybe some of you may find this plausible? If not I'll go back into my shell.
