Many of the newsletters are run by the same group/person. http://stockpromoters.com/news-letters.aspx?symbol=ITNS

and it seems the ODD is behind all of it...where are they getting all their money for paying these other outfits for promotions? It seems implausible that the money can come from stock trading, or from money from ITNS....that's if all these dollar payments are believable.
