There is more than 1 reason a company adds to their AS. Hostile takeovers are discouraged with a large AS. Companies who are in a position to do a partnership with a much larger company has to increase the AS to be able to transfer shares to the company they plan on joining up with. They can also buy a company with shares. Soooooooooo don't count your chickens before they hatch. Nothing is known what the upper management is up to. It is that way for a reason. I will suggest this though. If it gets down to .002 again I suggest you all start buying. I will be. JMO.
