You have about the best grasp about the company.
Concerns:
Launching-People start and take care of problems as they come.No body can afford a perfect start.
This is a problem for techies Lenny cannot do any thing about it.
While waiting he can do other stuff.

Clarify,about the company.

These 5000 products do they belong to LKEN,Duane was a President of a company within the company.That company and those products and this new set up,is it all a part of LKEN.
A clear cut statement,no IF and or buts.No subsidiaries.

This cannot take long.
