I do believe that this company IS going in the right direction and can STILL achieve greatness.

I don't quite understand the comment about shares already been put aside to cover the conversions. I don't understand how a CEO can do that unless he owns the shares himself. Maybe you or someone else can explain this point to me / us.

I would love to see a PR come out today or soon to try to help us out of this terrible PPS. He could PR something positive about what he sees coming up in the next year. I don't consider that fluff and companies do that all the time, don't they?
