barro50 if you had 125 mil shares to unload you would want the stock to remain in a tight range so you would be the only seller. Get the price to high and people start taking profits, too low and the volume drops off. Don't expect much of a move. Another pr and volume spike but the price really hasn't gone anywhere.

The reduction of the AS is a good thing for long term outlook as long as it doesn't get raised back up. The biggest concern right now is the float and the unregistered 125 mil shares owned by not one single MCIG shareholder but by Lifetech shareholder(s). My guess is by Lifetech insiders. Those share serve of no benefit to the current and future MCIG shareholders. They need to be retired far more than the AS needed to be reduced. They are nothing but dilution of the value of MCIG stock.
