My suspicion is that ITNS is not directly involved with these promotions although there may be some tangled trail that links them, I don't know.
So it seems that these promoters buy a bunch of shares for companies that seem to be making frequent news, and every time there is a news release they run up the hype and try to sell for a profit. That makes sense since it seems every news day there seems to be a loss or break even. Whether or not they get any inside tips in advance about pending news releases is what would tie them to the company.
From the info that was posted it looks like people like James Fillipone can have a running arrest record, but stay out of jail, and run stock promotions.
