ARGL - A value investors dream
Not often does a stock come along that has this type of potential.
Fantastic share structure, Incredible fundamentals, and obscure enough to
allow for incredibly cheap shares(For now). It is being discovered.
On pace for revenues of over 70 mil and eps of .23 trading in the .40's.
Wow, that is cheap.
This is not some fly by night company either. They have been around for over
20 years.

A recent California supreme court ruling mandated the building of new detention
fascilities and ARGL is reeping the rewards of such.

A little bit about the new CEO Ray Gilley.
Mr. Gilley's career in the security industry began 34 years ago, when he entered as an electronics technician at age 18. Mr. Gilley quickly progressed from technician to operations management, sales, general management and regional management. He eventually rose to positions such as EVP and COO at one of the nation's largest publicly traded security companies, Sonitrol. Mr. Gilley, currently is the CEO of ISI Security, one of the nations leading security integration firms with revenues exceeding $75MM.
