I'm guessing you went short because of the article yesterday if you truly believe a $2.50 price target is correct. Next time if you do your own DD you will see that CAMT already makes $80M-$100M in yearly revs, with $21M cash on hand, and hardly any debt. So with your low ball $2.50 target that only gives them a $75M MC.
