IMHO,
This thing went down in November coz someone had free shares that they needed to get rid off.

THAT is done and now we are experiencing a "price correction".
Just like yesterday, when the PPS was at 37-38
and someone (a newbie) dropped a million (a market order - LOL)
the PPS briefly dipped to 30, followed by an instant recovery back to 37-38.

anyway,
If I was "locking up" then I would do it above .03
.01 will be taken out with the next good PR, IMHO
