I am a subscriber. My family watches movies but does not rent games. The newer movies always have a wait. One for 2 months and counting. And the accounting when you send it back takes too long. They need to update this issue if they want to grow the sub count. I had 4 friends and family members subscribe and then cancel for the same issue.

Less expensive does not hold any weight when the service is horrible. Just ask Consumer Reports. Management can make all the excuses they want. The feedback CC is getting is that the service is too slow to get what people want. So having games and movies means nothing if they do not have enough to send out.

And this feedback was the same at 3,000 subs. Imagine as they add some more. Trades here for a reason. The market sets the price.
