I am very disappointed in this R/S business. I don't see the need and wonder what the real motive is. I think this is deliberate act on the part of the company to drive the pps down and set the company up for a reverse merger using MWIP as a shell company. It's cheaper that the IPO route. If I am correct this could be a boom or bust move. Just my humble opinion. Lord knows I have been wrong in the past.
