re canx, i think you're right. but in fairness, the default scenario is a possibility.

if market execution fails for the company, then they may look to fold the tent w/ some $ to boot.

now, if they werent transparent & didnt care about their reputation then they could do this in the deep of night, long before you knew.

but when you are transparent, have a reputation, are aligned w/ legal & financial entities that also covet their reputation, & seek to move forward in an explosive potential market, it doesnt pay to operate like that.

additionally, tell tale signs will show up technically on the charts.

yet, it still must be considered as they enter the accelerated upramp stages of this industry & logically harness access to the credit line.

b/c, if things do falter, stall or legally go astray, then they will probaly seek to protect their own interests. One would hope they would execute that in ethical honesty w/ their shareholders. but it is still a possible risk. its why this has to be watched closely both technically & fundamentally.
