Yes INTL.... and thats what worries me is the fact they showed up around the 16th of November, and have had 7.5 million or so block nearly the whole time on the ask, and as soon as it moves up a tick another block of 7.5 to 10 million. They are All sells too, not on Bid, so I dont like to see that. Personally with nearly half the shares owned by the two owners I get nervous when I see huge blocks like this. More than half the volume traded in the last two weeks has been INTL. I still think ARTR is a good company and starting to finally open up, but they need an IR person, or company to make the PPS grow with a larger float and INTL needs to back away for a while or its gonna kill this run. ARTR has trouble holding its PPS and it never really broker thru the 200 day moving average except a few million. That why I am not nearly as excited about ARTR and think the chances of penny range are very very unlikley. It going to take real awesome news to move into the 20's as today we lost alot of ground and shall I say it....money. The big blocks and 8's today not good. Hoping for 10's and 12's tommorow and maybe a gap up with financials being widely known.
