Looks like the clown brigade in DC is up to their old tricks, with only 80 working hours left to get a budget deal sealed before 2014, and then they will be in hurry mode to get it done. Short version, looks like VXX ready to cycle up. The Dr might not agree, because I am talking guess work fundis, and not true metrics.
