This is the signal I have been waiting for. The parties I believe have offered up compromises for consideration and she must determine what is reasonable for both parties under the "reasonable man act". She is taking both under advisement to rule and calculate the amount of damages.

Again I believe she is tired of all of the continuances and strike from calls and wants to bring this to an end. If she thought playbev and Cirtran beverage had no claim she would have dismissed the case. I expect a settlement before Dec 25, 2013.
