I thought that if a company had current, audited SEC filings that would make it good. No so. I thought that if PRs were on a mainline reporting agency, that would make it good. Not so. If you search the symbol along with the words pump and scam, that would be a signal if it comes up. Also being listed on pumpsanddumps.com. hotstocked.com (sic) uses promotions to make money in penny stocks. Haven't tried it yet. Seems like trying to catch a falling knife.
