1. I don't believe that MDGM has any potential

2. The firm has been dilluted from the start

3. They took over the shell from UDVE, a scam - R Doherty promised his stockholders $0.00575 cash per share, nobody received anything since than

4. MDGM's study material supplied to us dates back from 1998. The Phillipines adventure is very poor, although they claim this is it !

5. They told some weeks ago that they wanted to get out of the Philipines (overriding all previous statements) and want to merge.

This firm has been a scam from day one. Be careful.
