IMHO, if there has ever been an action in THIS case that proves beyond ANY REASONABLE person's mind that there is some form of an agreement, it is these very few words.
The UWBKQ case is all but announced, dead, over, finished and yes there is a stake through UWBKQ's heart. So, with all the so called wrongdoing and NOBODY from UWBKQ has been sued. Yes, I repeat NOBODY for these huge losses the Criminals say have been sued.
To me this ACTION PROVES BEJOND A REASONABLE DOUBT THERE IS SOME FORM OF AN AGREEMENT, STIPULATION, CSSA or SOMETHING. Now, the one hundred million dollar question, does it include ALL of CLASS EIGHT and I say hell YES!!!
