Both Companies have the Press release on the web site's. I just looked the other company up S&T which is traded on the FR exchange currently priced at $2.90 a Share. These two Companies would be a good fit. And yes we could see $5.00 a Share and a Nasdaq Listing very soon after taking over the other company.
