FS- In your scenario, is it possible that BS doesn't see a dime? The FDIC accepting Hypo Harvey back door behind BS' back? Tyson said that BS filed the NOA WITHOUT the bank's approval. So, in retaliation, the bank contacted the FDIC and actually ADVISED THEM to accept the Hypo Harvey in an effort to avoid POTENTIALLY HUGE and HARMING future litigation at the hands of BS?

As a friend told me, BS wasn't necessarily in this game for UWB's benefit- it saw the MUCH LARGER picture where it (BS) could represent a conglomerate of banks if it could WIN the UWB case. So, in essence, BS is squeezed out because the bank fired BS (because of the back-door deal).

Thoughts?
