My gut tells me that Walgreen MMR deal benefits both without racking up big legal fees.
1. Walgreen facing multi-lawsuits (not MMR) because of medical record mistakes.
2. Walgreen needs help. Don't care if they are 57th largest corp in world. Obviously transferring MEdical Records is not their expertise.
3. Infrigment of patents is still there, no need to fight it....get help NOW. MMR could help
4. Stifle Walgreens Competitors getting away from MMR suit and join forces. Remember, now Walgreens could be part of patents. With their $$$$ they can fend off their competitors.
5. MMR needs $$$$ and winner with Walgreens

Perfect for both entities. Stupid not to join together.
