A correctional facility is huge and they are doing a complete upgrade. Thats a big chunk of money coming in and they say they are working on closing additional contracts by the end of year. It will explode to multi pennies in no time. Extremely undervalue. No brainer here.....The also recently finished the casino installation and got additional contract from same client=happy client. All waiting on the sidelines will be kicking them self soon when they miss the run.
