if he is a long- he doesn't know what he is doing - we need more shareholders to drive the stock price higher. He is stopping that by his huge offer(s)

if he is a seller then we will see the bid price removed and the stock can go lower. Why would he just want to buy it at .06? why not .03 or .01? he is selling not buying...

this is what is happening.
