He's a slippery little bugger.. Behaving like a child who got a bad report card who is hiding it from his parents until he absolutely has to show it. There are some D's and maybe an F or two in there. If there wasn't he'd be far more transparent about processor results.

because JBI files .. this investor finds zero value in the SEC
let alone the *expense* involved .. and having watched other
*aware* OTC mgmts go dark and *survive* .. imo it's something RH
should consider if uplisting isn't on the co.s agenda in 2014

btw .. when this happens .. shareholders sign an NDA and receive
quarterly and annual statements
but the stock (typically) ceases to have *liquidity* ..

i'm all for zero to no *volume* re: JBII until these material events
can be filed within days of each other vs the bogus bullshit i've
documented on JBII for years
