Looks like a damper on stock value, unless they make a positive statement as to market share soon ,the market will interrupt as a need for cash to keep their high cost salary going.
The stock value will decline based upon the dilution of new shares.
It would be nice if one buyer purchased the shares at .90 and turn around and offered the exiting stockholders 1.75.
They have a lot of potential for a new buyer .
