Mel- i hope you read these boards- they could be very enlightening for you- some sage advice presented in most cases- bottom line is you don't want to be the laughing stock of the industry- you really want to be a hero- well surround yourself with the right people- break from the pack and get this humming- listen to the right people- be an innovator, a leader, a maverick-show us what you can do !
