My02 is being sarcastic in post #3345.

My02, I usually agree with you on most of your thinking, but on your post about suggesting PV should just manage the business and ignore the shareholders, I think you are 90% wrong. If PV treated us the way you suggest in that post - I would sell and never buy another share until he did respond to many of our concerns. I do not like a director having the attitude of "Hell, invest your money in my business and let me run it the way I want, and I have no care regarding your concerns and frustrations about what I am doing with your invested monies".

I hear so many posts from other longs that say "You own the stock ... you are down, and you are going to continue to bash it until it gets back to .45. I would guess that this might not be the best strategy for you to follow.... bashing it will only help to bring it down or at least cast doubts to potential investors."
Why in the world is this considered bashing and not honestly letting management know that you are unhappy about certain concerns they are not taking care of? Are longs not allowed to expect management to meet committments and express discontent when they do not?

For some reason, longs never imagine that posting frustrations about how poorly things are being done, is those longs' method of holding the managements' feet to the fire. They want management to receive feedback of how much the shareholders know the management is not fostering confidence in their management tactics. Oh yeah, we can e-mail them, and it gets ignored or we get a bunch of hand holding words which do not have to hold any water. We can call them, and we can get a head full a words which do not have to hold any water.
The only way we can communicate and let the company know publicly about how confused we are, or unhappy we are about what they are doing is to communicate publicly with the company on the board, if they should choose to read our concerns, and hope that the company will eventually address those concerns in a better manner. OR often we are wrong because we have missed something and another, more intelligent or skilled poster can set us straight so that we can then feel more comfortable about our investment. In this way, we all help each other out for the better of EVERYONE, including the company.
However, longs just sitting still and praising the comapny endlessly, hoping that they will soon see a rise in price due to what they all HOPE the company may get accomplished is merely a bunch of fools sticking their heads in the sand. I cannot stand watching idiots stick their heads in the sand, refusing to discuss true negative concerns because they are afraid some other potential co-investors might also get some information about those concerns. Idiocy, and total lack of concern for other people who might get stuck in a bad investment also. I think we should all be here to help everyone see ALL SIDES, both positive and negative about what this investment might do for us, and I think management should feel it necessary to know what out sentiments are. -- READ THE BOARDS and be aware of why or why not people are putting money into your company. RESPOND publicly to us so that what you say can be on public record so that we can measure the integrity of your promises. Only this will cause management to measure themselves more aggressively as to whether they are meeting or falling down on what they are attempting to achieve for the company.

I like you My02, but I think you couldn't care less about that statement, and I suspect you have a very stoic side to you. You are probably one hell of a negotiator, and probably quite a puzzle to try to work with (this comment is in response to the post you made back to the person who brought up exponential numbers with splits vs straight split numbers. Your response to that poster really shocked me - I did not expect that reaction of you. I think he was just trying to help everyone out with the numbers and not be a pain in the ___, as you stated. He helped me with the clarification, and it took nothing away from the level of respect I have for your posts, intelligence, and good work. It merely added more depth to that discussion - what was wrong with that?) Your DD is fascinating and I do love watching your mind work. Quite impressive, and should I ever correct some minor point you leave out, please do not take it as an insult and me trying to be a pain in the ___. Just trying to keep up clearly with your level of thinking.
