No wind farm project in Upton. I contacted the Commissioners' Court and received this fact:

"The Wind farm project that was presented to the Upton County's Commissioners' Court by Spinning Star Energy did not develop. There were deadlines that were to be met by Spinning Star that were not. This project is not developing in Upton County."
