But it's not going to matter..sales it what's going to matter..after this next market correction I'm out anyway... Too much time and waking up wondering what's going to happen next...just not enough payback for the outlay...too unsteady the market..maybe when the market economy and government stabilizes again ..I'll consider investing..other then real estate..for now I'm just gonna ride this one out..till Lord knows when it will correct again, but I vow not to be in situation again. It's wasted time for little incentive ... Then an unexpected crash the cherry on top.
