Barr Pharma says court denies preliminary injunction to halt generic Allegra sales (BRL) 63.89 0.29 : Co confirms that the US District Court for the District of New Jersey has denied a motion filed by Aventis Pharma (SNY) and Albany Molecular Research (AMRI) that would have forced BRL and Teva Pharma (TEVA) to cease marketing Fexofenadine Hydrochloride 30 mg, 60 mg and 180 mg Tablets, the generic versions of Aventis' Allegra Tablets. On Sept 6, 2005 BRL and TEVA announced that they had entered into an agreement and launched the Fexofenadine Hydrochloride Tablet products
