Just going by hearsay they where TSA plates.



This was NOT hearsay as that information is taken directly off the labels on the boxes. One can argue that it is possible that the contents are not as given on the labels, but that raises questions of misrepresentation/fraud. Do you really wish to do that?

You also used the term reasonable "investor“, even that’s vague.

You did pose the question as would it prompt to buy or sell the stock, but my answer is still no..



Did I? I thought the question was whether an investor would "consider" that information; not if it would "prompt" a decision. A reasonable investor would certainly at least "consider" evidence that sales were at last being made to such an important account as Battelle!

Read paragraph 2 of the document linked above re the word "consider" and would you be so kind as to point where I said "prompt".
