I have a small short position and I am hoping that MDBX gets bought by another company!
Why, you may ask?
As stated in the latest S1/A, MDBX is trading at over 100 times book value and the majority of shares are held by insiders. Any buyout is going to happen at a substantial discount to the current pps. Bring on the buyout!
