The 'Clipper' patent, if that's what the Intergraph/Vantage Point's patents value revolve around, would seem to have had its day - not sure we should expect much from it. Anyone know if there's more to these patents than the Clipper architecture? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Clipper_architecture
