This guy has no clue if he thinks SEEK is up listing to OTCQX.

Our goal is to get our 2013 audit and form 10 finished and filed this month so we can finish the process of up-listing to the OTCBB or OTCQX as a fully reporting Company."



Too funny. He obviously hasn't read the requirements to be on the OTCQX or he never would have even said that, LOL! Ridiculous. That should be a red flag for you guys right there.
