Why would any one person or company pay 90 million for this company. The numbers don't support that kind of purchase. If it is a publicly traded company buying them would need to do a real "SELL" job to get a reasonable BOD to buy them. Lets see how we do without the need to keep getting additional funding. If this dries up we are dead. I don't understand where the large millions of dollars in expenses are coming from anyways? We don't have product that needs to be stored or manufactured is all licensing? Seems the red numbers are so large in comparison to the black numbers? Who is loaning us money????
