Agree, OTC fully-reporting companies are slightly lower risks than pinkies but its not gonna sway me into believing one fully reporting company is better than a competing pinky company because of audited filings. I've seen fully reporting OTC's make huge lies in their filings and I've seen some shady or incompetent Auditing firms around.
