There is also this issue now of the $40,000,000 from the desert....?? Does anyone here know why a reporting company like PHOT would make a cockamami deal with someone named Bertha from Las Vegas who is supposed to have $40 mill to invest in PHOT.

Give me a break...has the investment world gone mad..who is CANX...and who is BERTHA?? We PHOT stock holders are supposed to see some benefit in this ridiculous deal with some people from Las Vegas that are not even registered as an investment company. They are getting 100 mill. warrants which work out to 100,000,000 convertible warrants which works out to .01 per share of PHOT.

I don;t know about you people but most of us paid more than .03 per share for PHOT and now management is giving the company away at .01 per share to some desert rats out of Vegas....someone please explain?
